I had someone tell me they wanted it and even give me a small deposit so I would hold it and now he tells me he doesn't want it two weeks later and wants his deposit back. I turned down several perspective buyers waiting on him. Needless to say he forfeited his deposit so it is now for sale again. I thought about taking pictures down to the bug run this weekend and see what happens. I am looking for a rail project if I sell this. If I keep it I am going to start working on it this winter.
