Finally got back on the 1966 Harley Davidson FLH project. Some might remember it was going to be mostly stock except the front forks and dual disc brakes. The frame is a 1965 which had seen its fair share of modifications. Several brackets and tubes had to be found and welded. One of the main tubes was behind the oil tank. It ties the the upper tubes together. Owner wanted a "pogo stick" solo seat. Looks cool and unbelievably comfy. Final shots

Thanks. Put 27 miles on it last night, just need to adjust the accelerator pump or possible re-jet. Then its done '71 Honda CB175 is next.

Thanks -------------------------------------------- For those interested; here's some before photos Plenty of opportunities. Bead blasted frame exposed some "custom" work Wiring had to be replaced Engine had plenty of leaks & needed work
