Motor is just about ready. Adjust the valves, connect the fuel line to the cab, is about all that's left here. Seems to run really well.

Motor was installed yesterday. It's not quite running in the car, but it's close. Need to get the gas tank installed, fuel line connected, and tweak the clutch. Starter turned over by the push button in the dash though. That's pure 36hp right there....

Progress has been a little slow lately. Wipers and gas tank were installed today though. Aren't those wipers just the cutest little things....

Love seeing progress on this car. I remember it being a rough multi-colored project sitting in storage for years.

No pics, but John and I started the motor in the car for the first time tonight. Burning paint on a muffler doesn't smell very good. Lots of smoke too.

We haven't been able to do much on the Zwitter lately, but John and I did get the deck lid installed today. Trial Fit Installed Still need to fine tune it, but it's finally on.

Good fit! The view of the fender welting looks identical on both sides. Nice!

It really could fit a little better under the louvers (see the shadow.) Also, the sharp radius on the upper right side sticks out from the car too much. The deck needs to be tweaked a little, but we decided to wait until warmer weather for fear of cracking the paint.
