We are meeting just north of GR, but we will be going by m6/131 around 6:45. Isn't there a speedway gas station on 76th street? We could meet there at 6:45.

While the show is mostly geared towards VW powered vehicles I would say you are welcome.

Hey guys...
Unless things go horribly wrong with the weather, I'm planning on heading up to the Bug Run from Perry Saturday morning.
I don't think my (considerably) better half wants to go, so if anyone needs a ride, let me know. The car only seats two, so first one-first serve. I plan on leaving pretty early in the morning.

Well, it doesn't look good for me this weekend. The shop is now in the "prepping for paint" stage on my bug, but I don't expect to have her back until late next week or maybe the week after that. I probably won't even make it down the to show as I need a weekend to accomplish tasks around the house anyway. If somehow a miracle happens and I get the bug back in my hands this Friday, then I will try to make it down.

I was wondering if anyone who lives east of Lansing (or Battle Creek) might be attending this show? If so, would you be willing/able to transport two wheels? I can't make the show and might be buying these wheels from one of our fellow members. He lives too far away for me to make the transaction work any other way. That's a little too early for me to meet you guys to caravan over, plus if it rains I can't go b/c of the hood stand offs. Right now its approx 30% chance. IF I can go, I'll be there, maybe we can cruise back together when its over.

Its not going to rain just come down Mike. Those idiots couldn't tell ya what the weather is going to be for any day. It was supposed to rain and thunderstorm everyday this week so far and nothing. We got a mist today for about 3 minutes.
