Hey there I've recently bought a 68 baja project my dad and I are restoring. Basically it came as a shell with all the body work done and ive been tracking parts down for a couple weeks. It was suggested I join this forum when I was picking through some parts at a members home. Hopefully ill get some good input on this project.

Welcome! Sounds like you have a great project ahead of you. Keep us posted with updated. We love photos  On a side note; we've having a Tech Session this Sunday 4/22, starts at noon. Good place to meet & greet and ask questions. Maybe bring something along to work on. I have a subaru 1.8 that came with the project and a core with most of the internals for a 1600 so I'm kinda debating either to rebuild or use a 1600 or to just use the subaru. As for the paint I think I am just going to stick with the copper color for now.
