Looking to have some custom trophies made for a car show I am putting on this summer(details will be posted soon)but am having a hard time. Its not a typical trophy place trophy.

There's a couple of places in Kalamazoo/Portage, but I think they have the "standard" off the shelf type awards. If you want just one award, and want "one off"; I'd suggest making one from various parts. I'll assume this is VW related, so a scrap flywheel could be the base, weld on connecting rods w/pistons, maybe add some misc parts, then make a plague to attach, and you have a unique piece.

They are VW related but I am going to need quite a few of them. They also have a theme so I need airplane props cut in half so their 1 blade mounted to a wood base with a plaque. Kinda like these but in a much smaller scale ameritech-aviation.com/propeller-gifts.htm |

There is/was a place on Sprinkle Rd. that use to do custom/one off. He wasn't cheap on price even back in the day. Let me check to see if he's still there or around at all. Or why not make your own(I know a welder and a wood worker)? |
