I saw a white Bug with flames on the doors go by my house on M43 this morning.

I saw another bug- a red Super, I think,- go by my place about 2pm. It was 36 degrees,and his windows weren't all fogged up. Either he is a neighbor,or he lit the passenger seat on fire!
