We usually park at the old Perkins parking lot on Friday night. Its cool walking around seeing the rides.

Ray,
Back when Ruffuss was up and going we parked behind Arbys in the Motel parking lot ( next to the bleach pit on the service rd.) May see ya there. Do you go to the fair ground and pay the big bucks to look around, the swap meet sometime has some deals on VW part.

Dad and I saw Ray. Handed out two cards. One to a white 63 Beetle and one to a Black hoodride.

a few guys from the car clubs up here go and I was invited but the funding(Dragster&BugRun ;D) just didn't allow it  I heard ther is a cpl thounsand Rods there  They are Driving a Yellow chop top 32 Ford pickup,Yellow fastback S'Tang, Black 32 Roadster,and a twotone Lincoin Pickup with the motor in the Bed!! V-Drive,Maybe next year me & the VolksRod? ;D??Madmike |

Over the course of the weekend, we saw no less then seven different VW's including the before mentioned hoodride and white 63. Also saw a very nice red 66', a corral 66', a silver oval(57'), a sixties blue/white splitty bus and a blue notch. The red and silver ones are for sale, PM me for info if you want.

I went on Friday, I walked around for five hours and only saw about half the cars. Didn't make it to the swap area, did buy a new steering wheel for the buggy. Now I'm all geared up for the bug run!
