oh my god, I'm such an idiot. I never measured the wheels I bought, just took the guys word that they were 14's. Bought brand new tires for them a month or so ago. Finally went to have them mounted, found out they are 13's. Not only did I get ripped off on the wheels, I wasted the money on the tires, too late to return them.
Teaches me to not measure them right away :[
