I can almost tell there is a VW engine under all that technology! Wow, that looks amazing. Do you have any dyno results yet?

Are there individual exhaust temperature sensors? Wasted spark ignition? Single or dual spark plugs? Did I miss the turbo oil return on the Garrett turbo? Was sort of collector powers the hot side of the turbo? Does excess boost blows off to the atmosphere? In my mind, I would push it across the fins of the oil cooler or give the turbo oil return a little help. Is the breather near the flywheel for the inter-cooler?

WOW There are some $$$$ there! Nice looking car. When are you going to have it running? Ever think of bringing it out to US-131 to drag race it?

In my mind, I would push it across the fins of the oil cooler or give the turbo oil return a little help. Is the breather near the flywheel for the inter-cooler? This isn't mine, but mine is similar enough to answer your questions. Looks like individual EGT thermocouples. They may be part of the dyno and not used on the car. Given the trigger wheel and the coil packs, it looks to be single plug used in wasted spark. (EDIS) The oil return is opposite of the supply line. You can see the flange, the owner will have to comment where its plumbed into. (The jacketed full flow lines most likely) The header is CB hideaway unit. I have the same one. Excess boost isn't really ever produced, the wastegate (seen on the exhaust opposite of the turbo) is set to open at a specified boost level and divert exhaust gas out before it reaches the turbo. The blow-off valve is located before the throttle body, it opens when the intake is pressurized and the throttle plate suddenly closes, it bleeds off pressure to prevent compressor surge. It only lets out a large gust momentarily (while shifting usually). This system doesn't have an intercooler. Even if it did, it certainly wouldn't have a breather as you want to keep pressure inside.
