pre 68? in rockford

so heading home from work monday night i spotted what looked to be a splitty pulling into the BP on 10 mile north of grand rapids. So ofcourse i pulled into BP to introduce myself, and ofcourse get a glimpse at what looked to be a sweet ride. the only reason i say pre 68 is that it had the jail bars in the back window and i never got around him to see the front of the bus, because as soon as i got out of my truck to walk up to him he takes off. seems he was catching up to a buddy of his that was already at the gas station. anyways it was red, and along the passenger side it had a tropical mural painted down the rear quarter. The one that got away . well if any of you know this vehicle, let him know he has a tail light flickering in and out.
