Greetings!

I just came across your forum while searching for
a classic VW to purchase and came across your forum.

I'm happy to have found a dedicated VW forum to the State of Michigan. Very cool.

I've been a Volkswagen owner for more than 30 years, along with a variety of other American and German cars.

I owned a total of (9) Volkswagen's which were and are as follows:

70' Beetle 4-speed convertible
71' Karmann Ghia convertible 4-speed
72' Beetle w/auto stick
73' Super beetle 4-speed
79' Rabbit GL 4-door 4-speed
84' Jetta GL 4-door Auto
96' Jetta, GL 4-door 5-speed
00' New Beetle GLS 2.0 5-speed
02' Jetta GLS TDI 5-speed

I bought (3) of them new (84', 00',02') and still own the 00' & 02'.
I'm looking forward to future discussions with you fine folks.
