Drag Day events/suprise shower :)

Hi everyone! I thought this was an appropriate place to put this announcement! The ladies have been planning a suprise shower for Patrick and Cori. We have decided the best place to do so would be at the track. Stephanie and Jason who own the track are being kind enough to let us use the Deluxe suite in the tower that day to hold the shower. I will try and get with Rudy and coordinate a time where we can all meet at once and suprise them. I will post more details here soon! We have the use of the tower all day for this event. The bathrooms in the tower may not be open that day but in that case we will have the use of the ones on the specatater side ( west)
We are planning on having cake and cupcakes, playing a few games and just visiting and having fun! Patrick and Cori are registered at buy buy baby in Grand Rapids and also at Target. You can view the registry online if you would like. The thought was that the women and kids could hang out in the tower and that the men can come and go as they please, as we know that some of you will be racing. If you are planning on attending you must pay general admission to enter us131. Please join us in celebrating with Patrick and Cori!!! Patick does know that we are having the shower but does not know all the details:) some things are secret lol Please let me know on here or in a pm in you plan on attending, also if you have any questions! So ok I have sent pm's to those of you that I know who you are and what your screename is, lol If you are not on that list.... If you have any quesions please pm me and I will give you more in depth details. The shower for Patrick and Cori will start at 1:00. Then at 4:00 the drivers and such will then all head up to the tower suite and have the trophy ceremony and watch them open their gifts. This way all get to enjoy! If you are not racing then you have a quiet and nice view from the tower suite! Please let me know if you plan on attending so that I know how many cupcakes and such to bring Also we will then all be heading out to the GTG at the resturant afterward. Just an FYI for everyone... General admission is required to get in even if just attending the shower, and even if it rains we have the use of the tower suite for the shower. I hope to see a lot of faces new and old! Let's have a great and fun time!!! Thanks

Good turnout! Have to say for my first ever baby shower had a great time. Watching the racing from the suite didn't hurt either. Good work ladies!

Wow, now that Liam is here, I finally got around to posting pictures from the GTG/shower! Thanks again to everyone that helped us celebrate, the gifts have been great, and very helpful!
