I finally stop by to say hi so Hi!.  I only own one VW and it is a 56 Oval that goes by the name of Simon. I have owned him for 10 years now. I love to bring life back into old VW engines. Rebuilding them back to stock of high performance, the same goes for tranaxles to. ;D |

Welcome Clinton, I am happy to see another racer sign up. We have just started tapping into the 1/4 mile and have been having a blast with it. Also nice to see a high performance engine builder in the group. Do you happen to know the specs on Mark Wild's 1835cc that is in his Oval?

Well Clinton maybe you could give me a few pointers when I build my next engine like should I keep my stroker crank and what carb would be cool to run.

Nice to have someone so close! I am in Williamston. Are you the guy with the black Oval with a very detailed, very large motor? A few years back I pulled into Okemos Meijer and talked with a guy driving an Oval like I described. Unfortunately I never spoke to him again. |
