That you did, Thursday I looked at and made an offer on, another type 181, that in fact has RAT rod written all over it. Good enough conditon to save, rough enough to have fun with and not really good enough to restore. Only problem is the owner has way too much into it and want way more then I'm willing to spend on it. So I made him an offer hopefully he can't or won't refuss. It is ugly A$$ green and quite rusty, but I know this welder.

You know a welder or related to one? One that just got a brand new Miller welder? A new welder eh? Your going to get to use it on my 57 in a few months. We could work something out. It is a 115 volt Miller 140 Autostart. I still need to get a bottle of 75 / 25 gas. I also need to find a cart for it. I didn't want to pay $ 160 for a Miller cart, when I can make one if needed. But other than that it is ready to go. |
