1-Yellow Bug & 1 white Bug named "Splash "

I took my bus up to Holland yesterday afternoon to show my mom ( P.O. ) and on the way up I saw a Yellow bug I think may have been Dustin ? And then on the way home I cut thru Fennville and saw a white bug with ( SPLASH ) painted on the side . I beeped my horn but no one came running out into the middle of the road so I keep going .
