Again for 2011 US131 motorsports park is going to sponsor a booth for the promotion of the US131 Bug Run's and The GoodVolks! www.buggybuilders.com/I will coordinate getting the booth rental set up and getting the tickets for those working at the booth. Once I know the cost of the tickets I will post it here. Is there someone willing to coordinate this event for us? This would involve making sure we have everything there we need such as tables, chairs, promotional materials, banners, Club shirts to sell, etc, etc.Anyone (Dave) have any idea as to how we could have a electronic display of photos from the Bug Run's and other events? It would be very cool to have that running during the show to draw peoples attention.

Who has the club banner? We will need to make sure we have it at Buggy Builders for the booth. I would like to have it so we can put it in my van with other materials.
