Michele and I just come back from Gilmore Cruise-in. We saw three beetles, one is tan, one is light blue and one is a dark blue convertible. I need more education in identifying the model difference and years. I left club cards on two of them.
Last Wednesday Kenn was there with Ruffuss . He does good work on promoting the club. I live near Gilmore, a few miles north, but for Ken it takes close to an hour drive.

Yes Kenn is our designated public relations guy. Thats a nice turnout 3 Beeltes that we don't know. Hopefully soon we will.

Sorry I was thinking of going today but last time John and I went we both almost wrecked. A Jeep that was between us was not paying attention and locked up the brakes almost crashing into John. I almost smashed into same Jeep because I could not see what was going on in the front.
Living on the west side of Kalamazoo means the we have to drive through down town traffic during rush hour. Not Fun. I have no problem in going to Gilmore's I just need to find a simpler route with less traffic.

I like going to Gilmore. Nice relaxed evening. Decided to work on the car instead. Maybe next week. Perfect evening tonight for Gilmore....

AJ lets plan on Gilmores next week and I'll show you the super secret back way from the west side. How about making it a party?? Subway/ Mickey D's/  ? Pick your poison. Just think about it, depending on the weather you know what happens if I plan on something to far in advance. Later Kenn |

Kenn that sounds like a blast I like super secret sneaky back ways. How long does Gilmore's last are they closing up doors soon because of the yuk.

Cruise in's go from May - October, weather permitting.
I will try to be there this Wed. Also. I too have found a super secret back way in from my house. It is a nice drive past the lake and many farms.
