Bug Run Volunteers....not needed fall 2010

Had a nice long chat with Stephanie today. We decided to change the staffing/volunteering of the bug run. The track is going to provide all staffing the day of the event. The thought is this will free up all club members to enjoy the day fully and be able to participate in everything they wish.
I feel this is a positive move. This will allow us to focus on promoting through the season and not worry about running the event. Of course our involvement in helping advise how things should be run will not change as our input is highly valued by US131.
Though we will not hold any formal role the day of the event our help with small stuff throughout the day will still be appreciated. Little things like helping set up the registration tent and take it down etc.
Now, the picnic the night before is still all us. So, please look at Stevens post and pitch in....
