Who is going? Bren, How did you reserve the space for VWs in the past? It started with MVVC reserving the spot the first year. Jim McCarty took care of it. After that I think I called in and talked to someone, not sure. Maybe the Dunn's could make the contact this year since they have family on staff!

Aki,
Brenda Bender is events coordinator I've dealt with Brenda setting up the German Gathering and she is most helpful. She'll just needs an approximate "about how many number" so she can reserve the spot. Robert W. Nicholson(Karen's cousin) is grounds and weekend Manager(supervisor).
I won't be there this year because of vacation(Yellowstone).

Aki; Are you asking who is going to see the show or who is going to register and show their car? If I understand the form correctly, it is $11 admission OR $15 to register a car which includes 2 admissions. Are we going to 'show' our cars?

I believe last year Glenn got the first place under the camping car category.
I'm asking how many are going to register and show the car.
If I know approx number of cars, I can ask Brenda to reserve our club spot.

I just talked with Brenda. Please come through the show car gate and mentioned you are with the Goodvolks club. the gate person will direct you to the spot. I'll be there to get the spot.
Who has the club banner? It will help mark the spot.
I'll try to get about 15 spots along the road if possible.

I am trying to get there too. Have to check with Dorothy, she has concerts tonight, tomorrow morning, and a big one tomorrow evening. Hope to get a hall pass... :-)
