German Auto Service Open House/Car show August 14t

It’s that time again folks. On behalf of German Auto Service I would like to invite you to our second annual open house and car show. The event will take place on August 14th 2010 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at our Grand Rapids facility.
We learned a lot from our first outing so this year should be bigger and better.
First of all, we have decided to hold a participant judged car show as apposed to only displaying customer cars. Any European car is welcome so tell all your VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Porsche/Volvo/Saab/Whatever friends. Every person who signs in at the front door will get a ballot. This way everyone can be involved. If you’d like to enter your car in the show, be sure to pre-register by email me at benz@germanautoltd.com.
The entire event will also be 100% free. There is no cost to participate in the show, spectate or for food. The community has been good to GAS over the years. This is our opportunity to give back. In addition, there will be door prizes and most likely a raffle.
We have also improved the food for this year. We will be grilling up some lunch for everyone, but this time there will be bratwurst and sour-kraut instead of hot dogs. We thought this would be more in keeping with a European car show and please your stomach.
Finally, we have moved the date up this year in hopes that the weather will be better. Warmer temperatures will allow us to open the doors to the shop and utilize the parking lot for show area. We also have the shop for cars and food so the event will take place rain or shine.
