I was heading to the hardware and there was a ghia vert there. Of course I had to park the bug next to it! Did not recognize the guy driving it  . Nice looking vert Art. You did well. ;D |

gettin rid of the 71?  i really liked that one ever since i helped you push it up the drive - man wish i had some loot cause i would have loved to pick it up. nice lookin vert though |

There's a better '71 out there - coupe AND convertible. I'll find 'em someday. Meanwhile, this '72 vert will be a LOT OF FUN.
I went out in it tonight - topped off the tank and stopped by to see friends. Gawd!!! It was so great having the sun beatin' down on me and the wind in my hair!!! 'verts s/b the LAW!!!
Now all I need is a pair of Ray-bans and a woman half my age!
