I agree! Not a big fan of it. There are some good pizza places, etc.
I know them all. Have you checked out my physique?
Remember, never ask a skinny guy for restaurant recommendations!

OK not the Nuthouse again the reason we went there 2 times in a row was the convenience of just walking there. But where is a good place not too far away from the Lansing Center we can go to?

SNORT!
I don't know if Dorothy even knows what Omar's is...
How far does everyone want to travel from the arena? I'll compile a list and put it up to a vote.

Is there anything within walking distance like the Nuthouse? It was very nice being able to just walk there after the show.

Bren:
There's not a lot downtown. I'll swing downtown tomorrow or Friday and see if there are any restaraunts open on a Sunday.
There are several places open within a mile or so that are quick to get on the freeway. I'll post options for everybody.

Dustin:
I was downtown today, and the pickings are really slim on a Sunday afternoon. Really, really slim. Lots of places available within a mile, however. I am compiling a list for a vote.

There is a 24 hour restaurant called Theio's Restaurant 2650 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing MI 48912 it's about 10 min. away, 2 miles West of the Lansing Center with easy access to US 127. I have breakfast there every year before setting up at the Swap. It's not bad for a greasy spoon place, Decent Food & Coffee, prices are Cheap! Just an option from the Nuthouse.

Theio's is just less than a mile away from my house, but does not have a good way to do multiple tables. There are a couple of better options in the same area. I'm going to get a list together to look at Monday or Tuesday with everything available. Three things are going into the list...availability of a large table or two, cost, ease of getting onto a highway so everyone can get back on the road quickly. Madmike migh be on his own, since he lives in a place with two seasons, Winter, and Winter will be here soon. Guess I'll host the event...maps, etc. Dave
