Nice looking Ride Mike. Love the flat black Paint. I would like to know what you did to the enrichment circuit on Kens 40s? I had the port plug at the base down by the manifold (tapped and threaded). I did talk to someone else and they liked to some how modified the plunger so it can't move but those things were seized in place and were destroyed when I removed them.

I had those 40s plugged, the reason they were not plugged when you received them is because I pulled the plugs out to use on Kens other carbs. I am wondering if you plug them like I do?

Just studs that I slotted for a flat tip screwdriver for easy removel,I don't remember if I had to re-install the Valves on those ???I also sealed them with Locktite,seem to work,My eyes quit wartering ;D Carbs were so rich filled my shop up with FOG/Smog ,I re-adjusted the floats too took out the 45 idles and installed 50's,clean the snot out of them with a tooth brush and soaked in Dip overnight,Madmike
