Ya know Im not a big fan of supers but this thing is the cats ass!! Youve basically taken out all the things I hate about the super and added the things I most like about 66 and older bugs. Very sweeeet. It even is ahead of my 66 in the fact it has the rag top. I got the slider and always wanted the rag!!

I'm almost starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. And in that light lies my empty wallet.

Finally getting some color - If you take your computer monitor outside in the sun, you might be able to see some of the metal flake in the paint ;D It's got a purple / blue flake to match the blue "upper" color in the 2 tone paint scheme. A big 'ol box from Sewfine arrived today.. seat covers, ragtop cover, some of the carpet...MUCH more to come.. And I picked up the custom 1/4 and door glass yesterday

How much longer is the rear *housing* on the 72" cables. A 4" longer cable with the same sized housing does no good. I have to find out what size the cable that came with my brake kit is. I can only assume it's the 68". The air ride bracket barely interferes and the cable is very tight, and I did also tweak the chassis tubes up a bit. Even if the 4" won't allow me to run around the bump stop, I could suspend it up and it would clear the shock and the CV.

Now things are coming together! That interior is going to be AMAZING with the color combo. I hope to one day see this thing in person. I'll bring extra towels to wipe up my droool.
