 Boy, I really like this picture of Patrick (This IS Patrick, isn't it? Don't know anyone else with that hair) walking across the stark, empty foreground towards the camera. Almost like Clint Eastwood in a Sergio Leone Italian western. Somebody has an eye for composition! (of course, if they'd panned right just one more car, they'd've had my Ghia in there too - but that's just a minor complaint). All it needs is a little background music by Ennio Morricone... |

Yea loved the glove box door! As for the music, sometimes I go retro, other times I feel like something a little more dangerous  I like how the music fitted the racing. Beastie boys rule. I think I did Beach boys and b-52's. Its all good. Dan |

the car has been to the red carpet movie premier of herbie fully loaded and has been fully documented by disney to be real one now has full number of origin its my buddys car and have seen all paper work on it plus has full pics of it at premier with his daughter and her herbie pedal car

Thanx, John! At first I thought I'd go with the Beatles "Drive My Car" but thought that was too "cliche" and remembered George had a car song on the "33-1/3" album.
And with the variety of bugs and Ghias, Trucks and Busses, rails and tubs, water-cooleds and bajas in the video, the words "It's all up to what you value in your motor car" just seemed to ring true.
BTW: Not only is "33-1/3" the name of the album, it's also the speed of the record and George's age at the time of it's release. Come to think of it, it was the speed of the record at the time of release too - CDs spin a heluva lot faster than 33-1/3 - LOL.

PS George was a BIG car guy (see the front cover of his Greatest Hits album). He's a Porsche guy. There are Porsche engine sounds credited in this album.
