Have you ever ran across a tool that was a little to expensive to buy because you don't really use it that much. Although it would be nice to own because it would save you so much time and pain. Every time you do have the money you think I don't need the tool that bad.
Well this is that time. What I need is that cool tool with the rack and pinion on it used to remove the famous Gland Nut. It has the teeth that fit on the flywheel you rotate the gear to remove the gland nut. What I need it for is to remove the nut on the rear brake drum so I also need the adapter plate that attaches to the drum.
I live on the West side of Kalamazoo I will gladly stop by where ever to pick it up. I will also stop by to drop it off when I am finished with it.
I promise you this I will buy the tool when I get the money I just need it now.
Thanks AJ

I have one, out on loan right now though. When do you need it? I will have it back Monday or Tuesday. I am in Holland, it may cost more in gas to pick it up than buying new. It does work great, you can take off ANY gland nut or axle nut, no question!

Lucky I don't need it right now. I would just like to have the correct torque on my center brake drum nut so this does not happen again. I must have install it last time after eating my Wheaties. You are right vw1s driving my full size truck at the current price of gas it would be cheeper to just buy one than drive to Holland.
I also like your Avatar picture I have a model of that same car the W12 Nardo
