I have never seen a pressure plate with those large plug things on the side like that

Luv the Cap ;D(insert Tim Allen grunt sounds)as for the PP I'm with Clinton, Never seen Lugs like that Must be a cheap way of balancing I'm thinking???

It is done..... It runs great and the new ign from pro comp solved some issues as well. I think the rear main has a very small drip of a leak (DOH!!) but all other leaks are gone ;D ANyway Ill give a full rundown on the new ign system on another post.

When I got home from the yipsi show took a few min to retime the motor and yet again reset the left carb linkage and now miss is gone again! I ordered up 4 new airs and mains and it was a total of like 60 bucks! Kinda pricy but could be well worth it we shall see.

New airs and mains are in. Runs fine overall. Under 2000 rpm it has a kinda thump to it on accel and is kinda doggy till over 2000 rpm probably just the cam doing its thing. The big problem is the gas mileage. KRIKIE I must be getting in the nieborhood of 13mpg!!! And they exhaust doesnt really smell like gas. What the hell! Were is it all going?
