Hello,
I've owned my orange 73 Super for almost nine years now. My grandpa and I have been slowly fixing it up since it lost a fight with a couple of tree limbs in the fall of 2002. All damage repaired, I don't park it under trees during the windy season anymore. A gentleman at the South Haven 4th of July show told me about the club and gave me a card. I don't remember his name, lost the card, but he has a green bus, might have been a mid to late 70's. My brain must have gone on vacation that day, because usually I'm obsessed with what model of bus or beetle someone has and what work they've done on it. Well, thanks to him for leading me to others like myself. I'm looking forward to going to the events and meeting more VW people.

Welcome! I may have met your girlfriend at Consumers Credit Union a few weeks ago. She asked what year my Bug was and said her boyfriend had an orange one.

Yeah, that was her. She told me right away, I think because she wants me to have an outlet for my car rantings. Besides that she knows I need help sometimes. Hey Glen, thanks for the direction to this site.

I would love to have been there, but I was taking a hunter's safety class. I'll catch the next one. Oh, and I'm working on getting some pictures up.
