Hi All,
Just a brief introduction: My name is Jim and I live in between Zeeland and Hudsonville Michigan.
I have a 1975 Beetle that is bright yellow. It was restored once (not by me). It was originally purchased new by a fella in Holland that wanted (if you can believe this) to start a taxi cab company made up of VW's. The exterior of the car has been restored once, but the interior needs to be re-done. I also plan on performing some necessary upgrades to items such as my brakes and such.

A taxi service?
In Michigan?
With a car that really only sits 2 adults and 2 children?
When one of the adult is the driver?
In Michigan?
In winter?
Sounds odd but ok. Did the PO install any of the Taxi cab stuff like meters and what not? Did you get any of that stuff? It would be kind of neat at a show.
