VW Camp out Irish Hills MI June 26-28

Hi all
The Not a VW Club Camp out has changed locations.
It will not change again. Sorry the other place was not up to par for
what we wanted and was a bit expensive as well.
SO. the New Location is

Dates: June 26-28 2009
Cost $ 27.00 Per 2 People and $1.00 per additional person includes
electric and water hookups

PLEASE CALL and Make Reservations!!!!! they will do there best to
reserve a Group area for the Not a VW Club BUT if they fill up they
will take over our area.
This is NOT limited to Bus and Vans. Drive the GTI or the Bug. It
doesn't Matter it is all about camping in a tent or Bus and hanging out
for the weekend.
Rick Cramer has stated he is trying to get a Hot dog roller Like am
pm mini mart. So the dogs will be rollin.
I told him I will pick up the mondo pack of Dogs if he gets the Roller.
Maybe a Pot luck on Saturday?? Or Bring your favorite chili for the Dogs. Looking to do a Sunday Breakfast ( I smell Breakfast Burritos!!!)
Lets have some Summer VW Fun!!! Kids are Out of School so you have not excuse!!
If not a big Camper type person come out for the day as a Guest. Hang
for the Day. There are even Go Karts just down the street. What more
could you want??
If you have any questions or want to help with this thing let us know.
Also PLEASE Pass it on to any other group you want. Like Leakoil,
Buses by the Beach, Vanagon List, type 2 list, Toledo Club, Old fort,
Good Volks, Mive, MVVC, WMVVC, The Samba. Lets pack this place!!!

Man I have not gone camping in a really long time this could be fun!

Hi all
Well I just finally got off the Phone with Jado Campground and wanted
to know if they would allow Visitors or More then ONE VW to be
brought in at one time.
So here is what I found out!!!

1) You Can come as a Vistor for the Day. More like a Day Pass for
$2.00 and you must register at the desk so they know what your there
for. So Come one come all. Stay at the hotel down the street if you
dont want to camp then come back for the day each day.

2) You can Bring More then 1 Vehicle So if you have one bus to sleep
in and One bug to make mcd runs in you can bring out those 2 vehicles
as long as your only sleeping in 1. But you still have to register
both vehicles so they know they belong.

Im thinking of bringing out the Bay and the Westi for fun. or Maybe
the bug and westi.

Weather Looks to Be just about PERFECT!!
