It clamped to the main bumper bracket. I had to buy a longer bolt and extend it with some pipe to make it tall enough. Seems to be solid. Just found a 12 volt bulb for it so now I can actually wire it up.

I'm not sure the reason for only one, kinda a trend I guess. I'm a fan of one light though, I even think I like it better than two.
