Changed all the seals, replaced alot of old sheet metal with new, smooth dash (no dash pad), early style bumpers, white speedo from Airkewld, bullet knobs, new carpet, and newest edition is the 1835cc and next the 4 lug gray BRM's.

Very cool transformation. I love the look now. I look forward to being able to take a look at it in nice try sunny weather. I am curious about the photo with the whitewalls. Did you paint the whitewalls on the tires?

I am curious about the photo with the whitewalls. Did you paint the whitewalls on the tires? It looks like whoever had the tires, before George, tried glueing porta walls onto the tires. It didn't work though, because the tires have a curb guard on them. Looks good, the interior just needs the older style steering wheel and you'll be set. jerry

I bought that whole set of tires at a swap and the guy told me that his kid was trying to do a ratrod and couldn't get the portas to lay flat on the front. Jerry is right, it was because they had a curb lip. So he painted the tire, and that did not work then he tried to glue the portas on the front, that did not work so then this genius thought the tire were bad. I bought the whole set for 50 bucks on the rims and then had the tire shop take the tires off and turn them around on the 5 spokes so the crap was on the inside. I just ordered the gray BRM's, so we will see what it looks like next.
