37/64in drill bit and spot facing bit for press in studs

Anybody have a 37/64 in drill bit, a spot facing bit, and a drill press that is slow/powerful enough to turn them? I have a set of press ini studs I would like to instal in my Thing drums. I will be around west Michigan Memorial Day weekend, and possibly the week of the 4th of July.
If any of you guys have some goodies I could borrow to get the job done, that would be fantastic. If you would prefer to just drill out the holes yourself, I may throw in a quart or two of Maple Syrup.
