Seems there is not much to choose from with wide five buggy wheels that are "cheap". Not sure I feel great about running adaptors on the street. Any advice? Or anyone have some wide five wheels for sale?

Choices are limited for sure,If u decide on adapters don't use the Aluminum ones they will come/work loose,somebody has wheels,,, just gota search/post a want add,hit the swap meets,Madmike

I'm not sure I want to go super wide. But my choices are limited. I will be calling on a set I found on craigslist today.

I've never had a problem with my adapters. A lot more choices with chevy rims than the dumb VW5. I also have a set of WIDE W5's that I had planned on putting paddles on one of these centuries, but I doubt it. Love my camaro mags.

I picked up a set off CL yesterday. Not sure they will work though. Back spacing is deeper than I thought. I will need to run 8 inch wide tires with them. Not sure I want to go that skinny on the back of my rail. But for 30.00 I couldn't say no. I don't know what to do now.......currently I have other thing to do before I really worry about it. (Getting drums machined for press in studs so I can actually move it)

I have a full set of wide five to chevy pattern metal adaptors with lugs I could let you have for 60.00 or trade for something if your 30.00 ones dont work out.
