Brakes are important more important than Acceleration. You should really tow the car. I would have responded earlier but I got busy at work.
I am very sorry I can't join the fun but I need to finish the Ghia.

I will be buying 2 gallons of go juice after I walk Jack after I get home. One gallon for the gas tank and one gallon to bleed the carb.
Hopefully it will fire then. Then its time to dial in the carb and timing. Then check fuel sender and finish guage install Then clean up the Ghia and drive
John's car is more important finish that first. I dont really have stuff that needs more hands just time. If you want to stop by feel free I will be out in the garage untill dark.

Sounds like NOT!! Can't get fluid to rear or passenger side of car(it has a new line)bent line?, crude in the line blocking flow? front drivers side is the only one fluid runs freely. Worked on it until 10 pm and called it a night. Any ideas anyone? Others are going to continue today, I have soccer(Grandkids) but will check on you all later. Later Kenn

How are the Brake hoses? Are you sucking fluid from the bleeder valve or pumping up the system with the brake pedal? I prefer pumping up the system.

We put new hoses in the rear. Fronts looked OK. Started using the hand pump then switched to the pedal pump method. Don't seem to be getting any pressure. Might simply have a bad new master cylinder.

Well, we finally got it all done. Replaced two rear brake hoses. Replaced the master cylinder. Unfortunately the first master cylinder was bad; would not push fluid to the back. Got another one and it worked fine. Adjusted the brakes and the pedal and everything feels good. Hopefully, this will resolve the brake fluid leak.
