I am still planning on being there tomorrow, and depending on the amount of rain, i will be bringing the bus. I am hoping that the weather holds out. Even if i do not drive the bus I should still be able to help at the end of the event as planned. My bus is not a real fan of the rain and I am not of driving it in the rain. thanks, Benj

But I'll be there later to visit and pick up my parts from George so it CAN get back on the road (hopefully soon).

Show was great. Ally was on her best behavior in the rain and even got great gas mileage (27mpg) I think the mondo muffler adds like 2mpg, who knew.....

Thanks to everybody that made this event a success. The way all you people just pitch in and make it happen in this club makes one proud to be a member. Congratulations to runner-up Glen Thompson, to grand prize winner Sal Cabrera, and to all who participated. Together we raised $862 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and had a good time in spite of a little (little?) rain. Hope we can do it again next year. The weather is bound to be better!

Yup, I like Aaron's wheel, did you notice the Berg 5 shifter?
He said it's only a 4. Hey Aaron, are you SURE that isn't a 5 speed?

Great job today everyone. It was a great show despite the weather. Great attendance. I feel it was a success all the way around. We received very nice compliments from both the MVWG and HarshWinters too. Hard to believe this was our first attempt at a VW show!

Rudy, excellent job of sorting out the details. Without all you did ahead of time this would have not worked so well. Now, who is going to run this next year? There is going to be a next year, right?
