you guys did a great job. I was really surprised at the turn out. I had my car all washed..first time in a year...then I looked at the radar, yikes...$7g of motor hanging out in the weather, not good. So I drove the trusty metro. Nice set up, nicely organized...well done GV club, well done.

Thanks to all, I also had a great time, like always with anything to do with V-dubs. Sals' car is amazing, and picture although nice, don't even come close to doing it justice. Did anyone else have trouble getting on the(GoodVolks) site this the first time since early Sunday morning I've been able to get it going?? All vehicles there we're as nice as they could be. Great JOB!! Rudy it was great. Notice what the weather did as soon as we got soaked taking the canopys down. THANKS, Harshwinters, Michania Group and anyone else that braved the weather. Later Kenn

Hi all Thomas and I had a great time despite the weather. Sorry I didn't get around more at the show but a wet and cold 4 yr old would have been a bad combination. Great Pics. dansam thanks for the compliments and yes there is a porta potti under the jump seat. I have to agree with everyone else the paint on Sal's bug has to be seen in the sun to really see how incredible it is. anyway great show and great time absolutely worth the trip thanks to all Steve

Ron,
I did not see you there? Thanks for the compliments hopefully next year we get better weather and a bigger turnout.
Kenn,
We exceeded our allowed bandwidth for the month so I had to upgrade. We are now paying for the main site. This is probably what was causing the photo upload issue.

Actually we had sun on Sunday. I think we were on the road home for about 10 minutes and sun came out and the roads were dry all the way home. Had a wonderful trip home.

Rudy or Dustin, What was the final tally for donations, last time I knew it was over $800.00. I'll bet L&N society was glad to have it. My hope is that it HELPS find a cure. Later Kenn

Beautiful! Kevin, They had the orange rail and a yellow one. I forget what it said on the side of the trailer but they were a buggy shop I believe. They had them at the Buggy Builders Swap in Lansing as well. Kenn, Rudy will chime in soon with the final tally. I am happy with what we came up with and hope next year is even more!

Thank you for asking Kenn. I had made a preliminary posting right after the event, but this thread is moving so fast that it's a few pages back, plus there's more news. We raised $862 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society last Sunday, but that is not the end of the story. A member who wishes to remain anonymous, contacted me and is donating another $138 directly to the charity in the name of the GoodVolks. This brings the total to $1000. There sure are some awesome people in this club!
