Thanks guy's I'm not done I'm still working on it my bug is a AIR RIDE I need to do the front well you guy,s know it's NEVER done HAHAHA...... I got the 5 spoke on the car but my front cap's don't fit but I will work on it, there's aways a way.......... Dustin let your AMIGO know that I know ESPANOL and let hem know that we have a HARSH WINTERS IN ESPANOL (duros invernos) by us.... Funny thing is he has a hard time reading spanish but I think he has been getting better, I tell him all the time he is a white guy with a really good tan lol. Here he is driving his Buggy back from Funfest last year.  |

if he is so poor as to not be able to afford dual carbs or even able to paint the block how did he afford the incredible paint job?? I want paint like that!!!, Ok maybe not that good I want to drive it but Id like nice shiny paint. Mine is new but kinda like yellow satin HAHAHA!! Dan |

Dan When I first bought the car I kind of fell in for the looks, and it needed lots of lots of work. So I started buying lots of parts for the car that i needed , then ran out of money and like a week later my engine took a poop. So I was saving up money to get a new engine but we have family issues and two weeks before circle cityvolktober fest car show in Indiana, Joe told me lets get your engine running for the show, so we did . So he built the engine with whatever parts we had. I figured probably in time I will get another engine, but for now it will do. In the summer I treat my car like a daily driver. I feel like if you put in lots of time and money in someting you love why have it just stitting there and worrying about breaking down ,getting scratched,blah,blah,blah. Lets drive it break it and fix it .Thats the whole fun part of having my VW.My kids love this car so much that any where we go the wanna take the bug, even if they are all squished in like sardens in a can,lol. Oh yeah the paint job thats the way I bought the car. I wouldnt be able to afford to paint a car like that with 15 kids .....unless I put them on ebay, haha. |

What the hell do you mean, "we threw it together with whatever parts we had."  I had the heads completely rebuilt and the jugs and slugs were brand new 1641cc with new rings! You putz! The bottom end was solid with no knocking so it got a good freshen up! Boy oh boy, no respect! |
