Started up my 73 today. First time it's been started since early December. Seemed to fire right up and run great. Ready for spring...

Awesome job Rudy, where u get the O.P. fittings? You make the O.F. mount? looks better then what's out their Thanks Mike. I got the hose and fittings mostly from Racer Parts Wholesale, but had to get the 120 degree inlet fitting from Summit (Aeroquip has it back ordered to RPW) The 120 was needed due to the short hose length, but has the added advantage of making much easier to get a belt on and off. The fitting coming out of the pump is 30 degree. All these are -08 AN, but the next time I might try using -10 going to the filter. The bracket is homemade and gets the filter closer and the hoses shorter than the usual ones that are made to clear stock exhaust. CB Performance has a "racer" one that I found too late, but I think mine might be a little stronger and lighter.

I like the remote mount. I never would have thought to use those two studs for anything else. But then again, on my exhaust there isn't even enough room for the locknuts to clear the welds on the pipes.

Took a deposit for the bus today. It is going to California. Thanks Oldbug.com!
Small world story: Father of the buyer lives in South Haven, right next to Glen Thompson! Larry, buyers Dad, is going to try to get Glen to come out Saturday when they pick it up.

Congratulation Bren!
Glad to see that the bus is headed to a nice home. Not surprised it is headed to the west coast...any bus is bringing stupid money out there, and your bus is great!
