No,It's just easier on the Trans  , 1st gear is a tiny little gear on the main shaft and if u don't have a SB main shaft they will break when u hit dry spot on over prepped tracks  ,So if u got the 'Motor' that will heat the tires in 2nd it's a better way to go ;D,I see it has 'Lite' holes in the rear already ;D ;D ;D |

It is addicting. I really did not need this. But, I really wanted to keep it in Battle Creek since it has such a Battle Creek connection with both the body and chassis. Right now I have no plans for it other than to store it. I have a bus coming home soon (I hope) that I will need to assemble. That will keep me busy enough! |
