Bummer. I am going to miss this one. Was actually thinking about driving the sand rail over just for the challenge of it. Unfortunately, going to be out of town.

I'll be at Lane, but unfortunately can't drive two cars. The Miata was registered a while back. The VW will be getting a much needed rest.

Paved spots go quick, so get there early (5:30-6:00am). Many park there overnight   Weather looks great! Should be a great turn out. Hope some of you can make it. Miata is ready to go...  |

Steve and I went this afternoon, left about 7pm because of sprinkles, never did rain just enough to spot up the cars and wet the crowd. The open header cruise is something to witness. Didn't see any VWs, while we were there.

A.J rode with Dad and I. Saw long hair Ron green Beetle, a Miata and owner, as we were leaving I think we saw "Ruby"

I got there after noon. Had to wait out the rain as I still don't have door windows. Started raining as soon as I got there anyways. Before rain:  With my buddy's Monte Carlo:  This thing is nice!:  Not exactly green wind power:  Look closely at the chrome trim:  |
