Fall Bug Run Volunteers

We are in need of 5 volunteers to help run the fall Bug Run.
The 5 people that fill these positions will get free admission to the event!

Positions are as follows:

2 people to coordinate vendor area from 7:15am to 11:00am

2 people to work the car show registration from 8:15 to 11:00am

(There will also be one US131 staff member helping run the car show registration booth to help eliminate any concerns about favoritism in judging.)

1 person to help direct traffic from 7:15 to 11:00am

Marie will maintain a list of volunteers and alternates. If you volunteer and your plans change please make sure Marie knows. Marie will contact all volunteers and alternates a few days prior to the event to confirm.

Marie, Of course I'll help if needed, but give the others a chance first. I helped in the spring and don't want to ruffle any feathers, getting in free isn't that important to me, either. I just want this event to go to the big time. So that being said, I'll help if need be. Later Kenn
