Michigan Buggy Builders 2012

As part of promotions for the 2012 US131 Bug Runs we will again have a booth at the Michigan Buggy Builders show in Lansing.
US131 pays for the booth and we 'staff' it. Intention is to make everyone there aware of the bug runs and our club. We do this by passing out fliers to every vendor there and by handing out fliers to passers by at our booth. So, we need someone at the booth at all times.
If you are interested in volunteering please send me a PM.

Everyone will pay the standard admission. Benefit being we get in early and can do some pre-show shopping AFTER we set up our booth.

Buggy builders is on Sunday March 25, 2012; 10:30 am until 4:00 pm. We get in earlier to set up.
Once the date gets closer I will the coordinate details for things like driving, when we are getting in, where we are meeting, what we need to bring etc.

Not yet. Typically they are done just in time for this show.

I will order the booth and extra early in tickets Monday, Feb. 13th. So, the count is going to be locked as of Sunday night. If you still want in let me know by then.

I am so confused?
Is the GoodVolks Spring Bug Run, May 20th or May 6, 2012 ?
Your "2012 Event Listing" say's May 20th and so does the Michigan Buggy Builders Info.
Someone might want to change this info in the "2012 Event Listing" forum.
MVVC Show has "Always" been the 3rd weekend in May.

Also, I haven't seen a date posted on theSamba.
Yeah, I know, MVVC is always behind the 8 ball when posting their show.

May 6 is the new date.
We moved it to not conflict with vintage fest.
Our date was published before vintagefest but I guess it could not be moved.
So, we moved our date. Unfortunately the buggy builders fliers were already printed.
