Sunday at the club Meeting Dustin told me that the MVVC vintage festival was scheduled for 5/20/12; same day as our spring bug run.
I have notified Stephanie Peterson of US131. We are looking into options right now so stay tuned.
I spoke with Rick Cramer, president, and Bill Chapple, events coordinator, of mvvc. They can't move their event. Though the date was just posted it has been schedule for quite some time now. Last year they started sharing the event with billetproof. This is happening again this year. Helps them with expenses etc. Also makes it nearly impossible for them to change their date. Did learn that mvvc targets the third Sunday of May for this event so now we know and can work to avoid the conflict in the future.
