An other Ghia excellent my plan is coming together soon the Ghia's will out number the Beetles.
Excellent Glen I would not mind to get my hands on a 60-66 Ghia or a 68 because I am a big fan of the Swing Axle. I know that they don't handle the best but I love the look of camber when lowered. If you need parts or a hand let me know, I may have something.
One quick question is it a vert or a coupe. AJ

Thats to bad Glen but have you ever sat in a Ghia? Yes I am 6'-7" and I kind of fit but its not that comfy. You are actually sitting on the pan and your knees are up in the air with all your leg weight resting on your heel. Believe me a Bus is so much more user friendly. That is why I want one for a daily driver.
Someday if you want when the weather is better I will let you sit and may be drive mine at low speeds.

Hay I was to get it for $300.00 And odds are my son would want it and make some type of street racer out of it . If you are leaning away from the 79 transporter I'm going to try that much harder to get it and see what I can come up with .

I will try to stay focused on my current goal. Like Dustin said the 79 Bus needs to go to a good home and I am sure that you can provide that.
