Is the tank plastic or metal?? You could always redrill and tap? You want the biggest garden hose you can find to feed that FIRE BREATHING BEAST... Thanks Dave T

Bren, does the tank fitting have a seat for a flared line? I think Dave T has the answer,re-tap to 1/4 pipe and fly. Do you wanna go to hard line, or hose? I am sure I can get you a line adapter, but it would be to 3/16 line, which is too small?

Thanks everyone. I ended up cheating and re-taping the threads to a standard size. Seems to have worked fine.
Got the lexan Windshield, rear quarters, and rear windows installed today. Starting to look more and more like a car!

Took the car to George's this weekend. Used the hoist. Installed a dual circuit brake fluid reservoir then got the brakes adjusted and bled. George helped me fab up and weld a seat base. Got the running boards on. Fitted the headlamp trim rings. Few other misc. items. Very productive weekend. Also got my trailer back from Jason. Many improvements/upgrades done. Photo's to come later.

SWEET! It is really looking good Bren. The door windows look real good. How did you end up attaching them?

+1, really does look nice! Great job suggestion from the tuner world... tape the windshield with blue or green painters tape to avoid scratches and void off small debris. Put it on just before leaving and take it of when you get to the track.

Thanks!
Cool idea Ray. I wonder if saran wrap would work the same way? Kind of like a tear off.

Roundy round racers use tear-offs, should be available some where?

Windshield tear offs - good idea, but they're a little pricey and add precious weight racetearoffs.com/?page_id=2610The Saran wrap might work if you re-enforce with tape.
