Anyone recommend a tire place that I can go to to have flat tires fixed, tires balanced, and my tires installed on my rims.
I have had issues in the past
Walmart - (cheep cheep cheep) you get what you pay for.... Sorry not open when sign says they are open.... Sorry your tires are one size to big for your vehicle and I am not allowed to mount them.
Belle Tire - pricey..... We want to charge you $95 to mount and balance your tires.
Firestone - Sorry you have dust in your tire and I am not allow to mount them or I can't mount your tires because you did not buy them here...... Sorry we don't sell 155 80 R15
I am just sick of tire places not wanting to take your money because its not company policy to do that or charging way to much for a simple job.

Firestone in battle creek did some for me. Call and ask for David and tell him I sent you. I think he will take care of you. Nice guy. He also did the alignment on my car. He was actually the first guy to drive my car besides me.

usually any place that is your "local tire shop" will do them for cheap and do them right. I on the other hand have friends that work at the ford dealership.

I went to Boven Tire this morning to get my tire fixed on the Truck very fast service for as busy that they were only cost $10. I think that I have found my new tire place.
One problem they installed a tire plug. When I worked a Sears we used a patch / plug kit. I remember removing tons of leaky plugs from tires. Any one had luck with just a plug?

I've have always had very good luck with Discount Tire. Never really had any problems with tire plugs; I've run on some pretty questionable tires and they've held just fine.

We have plugs, patches, plug/patches, etc. I usually just plug tires to save time since I am always busy at work. Never had one come back so far. Knock on wood.
