Thanks Jerry, I think my mother would have a cow if dad ( or I ) brought anything more home. ( to his house ) It is cool tho even if it is powered by Toyota and not VW .

Hey ya all trying to get me in trouble? I can't even see it my computer won't let me, it says it in an unsecure sight and may have a virus. I'll look on Samba just to see it. After a(new to me) 62 bug vert and looking at that 58' VW Sunday I would probaly lose my happy(to this point) home if I made room for another. Besides that I was told today lay-offs for the winter are just around the corner, darn I'm going to have to go hunting what a shame. Later Kenn

Kenn I hope this helps 1973 vw thing with a supercharged intercooled Toyota mr2 engine (Engine runs on pump gas). I have a 002 bus transmission with 930 cv joints. The rear suspensions is 3x3’s trailing arms with 12” King reservoir shocks, torsion bars & air bags (14” of suspension) Front suspension. I have a 10” wider front beam with fodrill 4” longer trailing arms & combo spindles, Fox coil over front shocks (I have 16” of front travel). The steering box is a saco rac & hiem steering joints.. All the Factory gauges, lights, signals are in working order. 4 lights on the top of the car, in the rear of the car I have a amber light. The stereo system is a cd player through a amp with two 6x9’s. I have a volt gauge, boost gauge, oil pressure gauge and water gauge. I have dual fans for the radiator and one fan for the intercooler. I just had the car painted (Two stage paint, color sanded and buffed. It came out like a mirror). This car is street legal and smog exempt. I have 4 point seat belts, CM’S wheels with BFG’s 31 inch tires. Please call for more info 714 465-9304

Yep. looks like it would go well with Ruffuss. Probaly more then a soon to be be laid-off guy could or should afford. I'm sure someone else would have something to say about it, if you know what I mean. Thanks for all the help but I seem to get in enough trouble all by my lonesome. Later Kenn PS if I were to transplant an engine into a Type 181 it wouldn't be a rice burner, it would have to be a blown big block Chevy with real balls. KRD
