How much does greg charge to build an engine. I am looking into having a 1915 longblock built.

I'm sure every motor is different. Best bet would be to contact him and see what he thinks.

Wouldnt it me more fun (and cheaper) to build one yourself? (with club help of course! I built one two years ago and it turned out great!! I made a 1641 with bugpack heads counterwiegted crank, hipo cam and lots of other cool stuff. The only diff would be the case would need to be machined. With the money you save you could buy one of those new aluminum engine cases that has all the work allready done to it.

Drove it tonight for the first time ;D, maybe the last time for 2008 due to the weather . It felt great. Definately more power. I am not good at dialing in the carbs. It was obvious they were not completely right so that took away from the test drive. As a side note, it is amazing how different this car is from my blue one. Everything seems tighter in this car. Both '67's but very different from each other.

Bren would it be asking to much if I could come and watch when you sync your twin carbs I am just curious to see how its done and how much of a pain it is. Just let me know.

Sure, I might not do it until Spring though. You can come tune my carbs anytime. I mean watch me tune my carbs....
